My Dream House?

Sometimes, when I can't sleep, I lay in bed dreaming up my dream house. In my younger years, before I moved to Florida, my dreams centered around a Spanish villa design. Now that I live in a place that is abundant with Spanish design, my dreams have become more traditional.

Reading one of my favorite blogs today, Hooked on Houses, I have come across what is darn near close to my current dream house.

This is the home that Judy Garland had build in Bel-Air in 1938. I love the East Coast traditional feel of the home and the landscape.

If only I had the $5.5m to live in such a humble abode.
